Diesel
The other man in my life was adopted from Casa Del Toro Pit Bull Rescue in November 2011. We had just lost both of our older dogs within 2 weeks of each other and weren’t yet ready for another dog or so we thought. One meet and greet with Diesel and we were in love. Diesel had been dumped and was running from house to house as people shot at him simply because he was a pit bull. He’s terrified of fireworks and thunderstorms more than likely because of that experience, but even after all of that, there isn’t a human he doesn’t like. He’s always got kisses for whoever will let him wash their face. We were told by the rescue that he wouldn’t do well with other dogs, but they were wrong. It simply took the right dog. And along came Daisy…
